Shipping

Shipping Fees are determined by your final basket weight and choice of shipping method.

All items are shipped from our Head Office in UK via Royal Mail/Canada Post 4-5 day International Signed For Service or FedEx 1-2 day International Priority Express. Full tracking details are emailed to you with confirmation of dispatch. Shipping Timescales commence from date of dispatch, not date of order. Although not guaranteed, we do endeavour to dispatch all orders the same day. All other orders are despatched next business day. We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday service.

For Royal Mail/Canada Post shipments a signature will be taken at the delivery address which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letterbox. If no-one is available to sign for the item it will be retained by Canada Post for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. (Proof of ID and address will be required). If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 25 days after dispatch before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or be in the process of being returned to ourselves if it could not be delivered for some reason.

Royal Mail, FedEx nor Medusa-Canada accept any claims for delay as delivery times are not guaranteed.

Please note that although extremely rare, on occasions import duties may be levied on FedEx shipments by Canadian Customs. Medusa-Canada have no control over this so we are unable to include these in the price. Any charges that are levied are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We do not offer items for sale on a trial basis. Returns are accepted on faulty goods only and under the terms of the relevant warranties.

In exceptional circumstances non-faulty goods and/or goods not confirmed as faulty by the manufacturer are authorised for return but only on the understanding that all shipping fees including the fees in the original purchase are non refundable. A Re-Stocking fee of 15% would also apply to cover our overheads.
